We have log houses from 4 different countries: America, Canada, Finland, and Sweden. In addition to allowing you to live in an environment surrounded by greenery, you can also enjoy a barbecue on the terrace in all of our log houses. Please enjoy a special day in a log house, which is not a hotel nor a ryokan, but where you can spend your time like you're living in a cottage.
Log House Palm Terrace(2-4 people, non-smoking)
A special log house produced by Sora Botanical Garden
This special log house was produced by "Sora Botanical Garden," a studio represented by the "plant hunter" Seijun Nishihata. Surrounded by a variety of palm trees, it's like you've come to a tropical resort. In the middle of the comfortably relaxing wooden deck, Palm Terrace's symbol, a 5-meter-tall date palm, is swayed by the wind, and you can fully enjoy a special time on the terrace while appreciating nature and plants.

Log Houses Premium Large(5-8 people)
An urban outdoor stay that's like a vacation in a home away from home
A log house that is based on the Log House L-type with an expanded terrace and roof installed over the terrace. It has an open terrace that gives you the sense that you're surrounded by forest, and you can spend time on the terrace even if it rains. Spending time on the terrace while being rocked by a hammock and feeling a pleasant breeze lets you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and allows you to enjoy a relaxing and enriching time. In addition, the living room inside this log house is our first sofa style room, and the atrium space becomes a comfortable and generously open space that removes any feeling of narrowness. Take your time enjoying a special time that can only be experienced here.

*Fire is strictly prohibited inside the log houses. There is an induction stove and a rental hot plate available for cooking, so please use those. (Not available at Palm Terrace.)
*Please bring your own cooking utensils and tableware.
*BBQ on the private terrace is cooked on a dedicated cooktop. (Stoves are not available for use at Palm Terrace.)
*Children under elementary school age can sleep with their parents. Also, one adult can sleep with up to one young child (toddler or younger).
*If you need bedding, you will need to pay for one adult.

We will keep your luggage at the front desk cloakroom as early as 1-2 days before your reservation.

We do not have a laundry service, but we have a coin-laundry space on the third floor of the main building.

There are large public baths on the third floor of the main building. It is not a hot spring. The entry fee for the large public baths is included in the hotel fees for guests. For other guests who wish to use our hotel facilities, the fees are as follows:
Bath entrance fee: Adults (junior high school students and above): 700 yen, Children (3 years old to elementary-school-aged children): 400 yen. Towels included. - Q Can I be put on a waiting list?

We do not have fees for children. For children who are of elementary-school-age or older, the cost to stay is the same as for adults.
Additionally, children under elementary-school age can stay for free if they will be sleeping with an adult. (Up to one child per adult) - Q Do the rooms have refrigerators?

The rooms do have refrigerators. Our refrigerators are empty, so please feel free to use them.
However, the style of each refrigerator will differ depending on the type of guest room. - Q Do you have non-smoking rooms?
- A All the rooms in the annex and nine out of the eighteen economy twin rooms in the main building are non-smoking rooms.
- Q Can I barbecue at the log houses?
- A You can have a barbecue in the other Log Houses besides Palm Terrace. You can rent one terrace barbecue stove/city gas stove for ¥1,000. However, charcoal or firewood barbecues are prohibited.
- Q About the Osaka Accommodation Tax

According to an Osaka prefectural ordinance, an accommodation tax corresponding to accommodation fees will be collected separately from standard accommodation fees starting from January 1, 2017. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Tax amount: Per night, per person; Between ¥7,000-¥14,999: ¥100, Between ¥15,000-¥19,999: ¥200, ¥20,000 or more: ¥300

- A We do have cribs and bed guards available. Also, our crib is a cot for napping. We have limited quantities of these items, so please check on their availability when making your reservation.
