We will keep your luggage at the front desk cloakroom as early as 1-2 days before your reservation. Please send your luggage to the following address, and ask the receptionist to retrieve them when you check in.

- A We do have cribs and bed guards available. Also, our crib is a cot for napping. We have limited quantities of these items, so please check on their availability when making your reservation.
- Q How do I get there from the airport?
- A It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes via public transportation from Kansai International Airport and Itami Airport. Please check here for details.
