Q Do you have a parking lot?

A We have a paid parking lot available. Spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. (Our parking lot can hold up to 180 vehicles.) BBQ customers: 500 yen/vehicle (up to 5 hours), Restaurant customers: Free parking for 1 vehicle for customers spending at least 2,000 yen (up to 3 hours). Hotel guests: 1,000 yen per night, per vehicle

Q Can I use your facilities with my pet?

A With the exception of guide and service dogs, we ask that you refrain from using our facilities with pets.

Q Can I use a credit card for payment?

A Yes, you can. You can use the following credit cards: Visa, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, UFJ NICOS, Diners, and Discover Card

Q Can I use other forms of cashless payment besides credit cards?

A Electronical transportation money (PASMO ICOCA Suica manaca nimoca Kitaca TOICA SUGOCA Hayakaken) iD, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, PayPay, auPAY, d payment are available.

Q Is there a nursing space?

A We have them in the main building.

Q Where can I enjoy a campfire?

A Every day, from sunset to 9 PM, you can enjoy a campfire in our "Campfire Living Room" located in the center of our garden area. It is a common space, so please share it with others.

Q What time are check-in and check-out?

A Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out ends at 11 AM.

Q Can I keep my luggage with you before check-in and after check-out?

A We will keep your luggage at the front desk cloakroom.

Q Is it possible to send my luggage there in advance?

A We will keep your luggage at the front desk cloakroom as early as 1-2 days before your reservation.
Please send your luggage to the following address, and ask the receptionist to retrieve them when you check in.

Q Do you have room service?

A We do not have room service.

Q Do you have a porter service?

A We do not have a porter service. Please carry your luggage by yourself.

Q Can I use the Internet in my room?

A Free Internet is available for use only in the main building and annex. There is no Wifi in the log house.

Q Do you have a laundry service?

A We do not have a laundry service, but we have a coin-laundry space on the third floor of the main building.
(Includes 3 washing machines and 3 dryers/washing machines cost 300 yen per cycle, including detergent/Dryers cost 100 yen per cycle)

Q Is there a hot spring or a large public bath?

A There are large public baths on the third floor of the main building. It is not a hot spring. The entry fee for the large public baths is included in the hotel fees for guests. For other guests who wish to use our hotel facilities, the fees are as follows:
Bath entrance fee: Adults (junior high school students and above): 700 yen, Children (3 years old to elementary-school-aged children): 400 yen. Towels included.

Q Can I be put on a waiting list?

A We do not have a waiting list. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Q How much does it cost for a child to stay?

A We do not have fees for children. For children who are of elementary-school-age or older, the cost to stay is the same as for adults.
Additionally, children under elementary-school age can stay for free if they will be sleeping with an adult. (Up to one child per adult)

Q Do the rooms have refrigerators?

A The rooms do have refrigerators. Our refrigerators are empty, so please feel free to use them.
However, the style of each refrigerator will differ depending on the type of guest room.

Q Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A All the rooms in the annex and nine out of the eighteen economy twin rooms in the main building are non-smoking rooms.

Q Can I barbecue at the log houses?

A You can have a barbecue in the other Log Houses besides Palm Terrace. You can rent one terrace barbecue stove/city gas stove for ¥1,000. However, charcoal or firewood barbecues are prohibited.

Q About the Osaka Accommodation Tax

A According to an Osaka prefectural ordinance, an accommodation tax corresponding to accommodation fees will be collected separately from standard accommodation fees starting from January 1, 2017. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Tax amount: Per night, per person; Between ¥7,000-¥14,999: ¥100, Between ¥15,000-¥19,999: ¥200, ¥20,000 or more: ¥300

Q Do you rent out cribs and bed guards?

A We do have cribs and bed guards available. Also, our crib is a cot for napping. We have limited quantities of these items, so please check on their availability when making your reservation.

Q Is there a cancellation fee?

A A fee will be incurred for cancellations made up to two days before the date of use. (Admission Fee + Set Menu)
Two days before/day before use: 50%, Day of use: 100%

Q If it rains, is it possible to cancel on the day of the reservation?

A Because our BBQ facilities are all-weather facilities, we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy even in the event of cancellation due to bad weather.

Q Is it okay if I don't bring anything with me?

A There is a shop on-site, so you will be able to get equipment that you will need for barbecuing.
Please feel free to call us if you have any further questions about preparations.

Q Is it possible to enter before my reserved time in order to prepare?

A Please refrain from entering the barbecue area outside of your usage time.

Q Can I extend my BBQ time?

A We do not allow for extensions outside of your reserved usage time.

Q Can I purchase additional ingredients?

A We have a shop, so you can order additional ingredients on the day of your reservation.
(Only the set menus require reservations three days in advance of your usage date. )

Q Can I do fireworks?

A The use of fireworks is prohibited in the BBQ field. The adjacent fire circle is open to the public as a fireworks area if not in use on the day in question. Please check the availability of this area in advance.

Q Do I need cleaning tools?

A Equipment rented from our shop does not need to be cleaned when returned. We have a hand-wash faucet, but we don't have cleaning tools, so please bring cleaning tools when cleaning equipment that you have brought with you.

Q I have a reservation without meals. Can I have breakfast included?

A When you check in, you can add breakfast for elementary-school-aged children or older at ¥1,800 and for pre-school-aged children 3 years old or older at ¥900.
To add breakfast on the day of, it is ¥2,000 for elementary-school-aged children or older and ¥1,000 for pre-school-aged children 3 years old or older.

Q Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?

A There is a 7-Eleven that is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Q Do you handle tickets for Universal Studios Japan?

A We are very sorry, but we do not handle tickets for Universal Studios Japan.

Q Do you have bicycle rentals?

A We have free rental bicycles. No reservations are needed to rent a bicycle.

Q How do I get there from the airport?

A It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes via public transportation from Kansai International Airport and Itami Airport. Please check here for details.
